COVID-19 support from CARFAX Canada

To our valued customers,

The automotive industry continues to be impacted due to COVID-19. As part of our commitment to support you during this time of uncertainty, we are extending our pricing concessions for subscription customers:

  1. In May we will be applying a 25% credit for Vehicle History Report subscriptions.
  2. In May we will be applying a 100% credit for Vehicle Valuation Report (VVR) and Vehicle Trade-in Widget subscriptions.

Support provided in April:

COVID-19 is affecting our families, friends and businesses in a profound way. CARFAX Canada is committed to supporting your business and our employees during this challenging time.

  1. We remain available to help you via email and phone. Our entire team is working from home so face-to-face visits and sales support collateral will not be available for the time being.
  2. We are suspending the previously announced price increase for VHR and Lien Express until further notice.
  3. We are applying a 50% credit for all VHR subscriptions in April. We will be in contact to review this and other options should your business be temporarily suspended. Please also reach out if you have any questions.
  4. There will be no charge for our valuation products in April; 100% of the subscription cost for the Vehicle Valuation Report (VVR) and Vehicle Trade-in Widget will be credited.
  5. No customers will be charged the $99 account access fee in April.
