What’s Changing?
- The logo and colours used on our reports, products, website and dealer portal
- The look and feel of our reports will be refreshed (but they will not look like CARFAX reports)
- Our point of purchase materials (door stickers, signage, etc.) – we will be providing you with new CARFAX Canada materials
- The URL for the dealer portal is changing from dealer.carproof.com to dealer.carfax.ca (but your login credentials will remain the same)
- Mobile app – updated branding/logo/colours; new download from the app store
- Listing site integrations will be updated
What’s NOT Changing?
- Our product line – we will continue to offer the same products
- Product prices
- The data in our reports
- The way you order and access our products
- Your dealer portal login credentials
- Reports run prior to the rebrand will still be CARPROOF reports
- Any integrations with CARPROOF will continue to work the same way, but the reports you receive will be branded CARFAX Canada rather than CARPROOF
- Our people – our Sales and Customer Service teams will be the same
- Our location – we will continue to be based in London, Ontario
