So, the next time someone is trading in their vehicle for a new one, think of their hesitation as them just getting ready to say goodbye to something that has been an important part of their lives. If you show your customer that you understand that the vehicle is more than a piece of metal and acknowledge the connection they have with it, they’ll feel more comfortable handing over the keys.
